Example 1

Step 1

1. An orthopantomogram is received via e-mail from a patient from Germany. He is 48.

2. On the base of panoramic image a primary treatment plan is worked out. It has been found out that some teeth are to be extracted because it is impossible to treat them and make dentures.
We suggest the variant of implantation on lower jaw.
3. For specifying implantation on lower jaw plan the patient sends data of computer tomogram (CT)

4. On the base of CT patient is offered a virtual model of implantation

5. In correspondence with the character of bone volume and density after CT

is studied patient is offered implantation with at once prosthetics with the help of temporary constructions.

Step 2

1. During the first visit patient undergoes full examination of oral cavity and treatment plan is worked out for the time of patient’s staying.
2. The second visit includes teeth extraction with at once made implantation.
3. The third visit includes fixation of temporary constructions on implants and endodontic teeth treatment.
4. The fourth visit includes old restorations replacement.
5. The fifth visit includes teeth preparation for all-ceramic constructions.
6. The sixth visit includes all-ceramic crowns fixation, taking off stitches after implantation and making an appointment for permanent prosthetics in 3 – 6 months.

The whole course of patient’s treatment at dental clinic “Edenta” lasted for 10 days.
During this time the following works were done:

• four implants were put;
• endodontic treatment of four teeth was performed;
• 14 all-ceramic crowns were made.

The total sum of treatment and prosthetics equals 7600 EUR..
Staying in hotel 3*** with meals for ten days and round-way flight comprises 1400 EUR.

Example 2

Patient from Italy (18.05.60 – date of birth) had a consultation on the base of which an orthopantomogram was made and treatment plan was worked out.

The following procedures were made:

Visit 1

• hygienic cleaning of all teeth;
• endodontic treatment of three teeth;
• root inspection of three teeth treated before
