Guarantee

Dental clinic “Edenta” gives guarantee for teeth treatment (fillings, resin-based composite restoration) for one year.

Teeth prosthetics (crowns, bridges) - for 5 years.

Removable dentures – for 2 years.

Teeth implantation – for 10 years (implant itself).

If patient during the quarantee period needs a small correction either he may turn to a dentist in his own country, sending to us beforehand the information about his problem and X-ray image or his dentist may contact us through phone number: +380954349188 and tell us about the problem. Dental clinic “Edenta” gives 30 Euro for such cases as crowns cementing or removable dentures correction. “Edenta” can not be responsible for any unpredictable changes in root channels after their treatment/teeth under crowns and bridges changes.

In 2008 our patients from European countries will be able to turn to consultation centre in Czechia, Prague-2 (Vinogrady) for primary consultations for keeping up to guarantee commitments.

Guarantee will be invalid if:

• oral cavity hygiene is ignored by patient;
• patient does not keep to dental instructions (storing of removable dentures, incorrect using of bugel dentures);
• patient does not visit dentist at least once a year for routine examination;
• gum shrinkage happens;
• denture is damaged;
• patient loses much weight in short terms;
• patient does not inform us in time about dental problem (during guarantee period);
• patient has general diseases that influence badly his dental state (diabetes, epilepsy, bruxism, osteoporosis, his general state after chemotherapy and etc.).
